Terms and Conditions
On completion of your order, DP James London will aim to confirm receipt of your order within 24 hours via email notification. If you wish to know the tracking number of your order, please contact us for this information.
The goods will be prepared for delivery and shipped by Royal Mail Signed For or similar within 24 hours, with the exception of orders placed at the weekend which will be shipped the next working day. Goods in transit are fully insured by our shipping handlers.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately on + 44 (0) 7963 707 226.
RETURNS POLICY
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days from the date of receipt, as long as the items are in their original condition, original packaging as they were received. Contact DP James London via email for details of shipping returns.
EXCHANGES
We can exchange for a different size, colour or item. If the item is of higher value we will invoice the difference to you. When applying for your returns, please let us know which item you wish to purchase instead and we will do our best to reserve it for you.
REFUNDS
We will be happy to refund any items purchased at a full retail price and returned within 14 days of despatch, in their original condition. All refunds exclude postage costs unless a mistake has been made by us. We can only refund to the card/payment method used for purchase and some credits can take several days to show in your account.
DP James London will not assume any liability for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the courier.
FOR RETURNING GOODS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK
Please use your country's postal service or a courier service, we recommend using a trackable/registered-insured service and to retain the 'proof of postage' in case of any problems.
On your parcel please have the wording "RETURNING BRITISH GOODS TO SENDER" and a value 'no more than $100', clearly written, plus check the box which asks if the parcel is RETURNED GOODS on the customs declaration documents.
DP James London will not accept any parcels that incur duty, & where the Returned Goods box has not been checked.

Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna.
